As Open Enrollment begins, Sonatina Fernandez, UI Human Resources, will discuss UI Health Care enrollment options for UI Retirees, and Kevin Ward, Senior Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP) counselor, will highlight the importance of reviewing health insurance coverage annually, upcoming opportunities to make enrollment changes, and potential considerations in making informed choices. Included will be a discussion of the differences between traditional Medicare with Medigap and prescription drug supplements, and the all-inclusive Medicare Advantage plans.
