Considering that 1 in 5 people in the U.S. will be over age 65 by 2030 (Rural Health Information Hub), our communities will need support and resources specific to an aging population. The Csomay Center for Gerontological Excellence in the College of Nursing at the University of Iowa is uniquely positioned to bring together people, organizations, and resources to meet those needs. Join us to learn how the Csomay Center can connect, contribute, and create a future of optimal aging.
Jen Jones, MHS-PH, is the program coordinator for the Optimal Aging Initiative, which seeks to help all Iowans age optimally.
